Designed and built a home-services platform from scratch: three web apps, online payments, role-based access, quality control and 1,800+ automated tests. I combine engineering and product thinking, backed by 3+ years of client-facing work in banking (top employee of MTBank by annual KPI). I build with AI coding agents and keep them in check with tests, reviews and CI.

A home-services business where customers see the price upfront and pay by card, and self-employed specialists pick jobs themselves. Three sides (customer, specialist, operator) with money, quality and personal data under control and no large staff.

Clean Logic — Head of Product & Engineering
Dec 2025 — present · Minsk
IT company focused on software development and AI adoption. Main product: a B2C home-services platform with fixed upfront pricing, card payments and self-employed specialists (name under NDA).
- Designed and built a monorepo of 3 apps on Next.js 16 / React 19 / TypeScript: public site with a price calculator and customer account, specialist app, and an operator back office with 5 access roles.
- Moved business logic into PostgreSQL (Supabase): RPC functions, row-level security, 1,000+ migrations. Pricing, discounts, order states and money are computed in the database; the apps stay thin.
- Integrated bePaid card acquiring: immediate charge and authorization hold, refunds and chargebacks, webhooks; commission-based payouts to specialists.
- Built authentication and data protection: SMS one-time codes for users, password + TOTP 2FA for staff, encrypted addresses, audit trail for every operator action on money and personal data.
- Built remote quality control: checklists, before/after photos, geo-tagged and time-stamped job stages, result acceptance in the back office.
- Set up the quality process: 1,800+ tests (node:test), 46 Playwright end-to-end scenarios per role, GitHub Actions on a self-hosted runner, a mandatory test for every change, PR reviews.
- Drove acquisition: SEO architecture of 446 pages (375 articles, 39 services), 14 ad landing pages, Yandex Metrica analytics, a Python bot for automated social media publishing.
- Ran AI-assisted development with Claude Code: custom skills and guard hooks, reviewer agents (security, UX, SEO), a decision log; 2,000+ commits.
